Ingénieur Support Technique
pour rejoindre notre équipe régionale. Ce rôle clé combine expertise technique, relation client et collaboration internationale, afin de garantir un service de haute qualité et une satisfaction client optimale.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Être le référent technique auprès de l'équipe commerciale et des clients.
  • Fournir un support technique professionnel : maintenance, installation, dépannage, mises à jour.
  • Gérer les demandes de service de bout en bout – suivi, traitement et escalade si nécessaire.
  • Garantir le respect des engagements de service et dépasser les attentes des clients.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes locales et internationales sur les processus, outils et documentation.
  • Représenter les besoins clients auprès des équipes internes de RISCO.
  • Maintenir les données à jour dans le CRM.

Profil recherché :

  • Minimum
    2 ans d'expérience
    en tant qu'ingénieur support technique / service.
  • Diplôme universitaire en informatique, électronique, génie logiciel ou équivalent.
  • Hébreu ou anglais professionnel avancé (oral et écrit).
  • Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière créative et innovante.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion de multiples interlocuteurs.
  • Aptitude à préparer et animer des présentations techniques auprès des clients.
  • Autonomie et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.
