VP Product

We're looking for an experienced and skilled VP Product to lead the product vision, strategy, execution and culture of a group of ad-technology and product experts operating a private media bidding platform capable of massive scale, reach and speed founded in 2007.

Responsibilities:

• Create and own the company product roadmap as well as prioritize initiatives according to their cost/benefit as they align with business goals and KPIs.
• Build, grow, scale, hire, and manage a team of product managers through on-going coaching matching both product vision and strategy, aligned with the company strategy and business objectives.
• Central point of the company, working all departments: Engineering, Ops, Sales, and Marketing to drive supreme product results.
•  Drive innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership and decisive action.
• Constantly communicate and develop the product vision and roadmap both internally and externally, overseeing product training throughout the organization.
• Specify market requirements by conducting data-driven market research, supported by ongoing interaction with various in-house stakeholders and customers.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of relevant product strategy, product leadership or related experiences, VP Product in previous company- MUST.
• Extensive experience with RTB (Real-Time Bidding) or in the comparison world - MUST.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to wear many hats with a strong desire to build from the ground up.
• Exceptional leader, a clear communicator, forming relationships and influencing without authority across all levels of the organization.
• English high level.
