AI Implementation Engineer

Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company  As our AI Implementation Engineer in the Tel Aviv office, you'll play a key role in Taboola's Strategy team, building an execution-first, impact-driven AI acceleration team to turn generative AI into a core capability across the business. You'll help drive and scale our highest-priority AI initiatives across marketing, business, and other teams, working with startup intensity and enterprise reach. This role is perfect for someone with a development background who thrives on building, shipping, and solving real business problems with technology. Join our Strategy team and see your work directly enable Taboola to leverage AI at scale.To thrive in this role, you'll need:1–2 years of relevant experience in engineering, technical consulting, product ops, or internal tools teams, with hands-on coding skills (Python preferred).Experience with LLMs and AI workflows, including building LLM-based workflows, integrating external APIs, and using workflow tools (Zapier, n8n, Langchain, etc.).Familiarity with GenAI frameworks and orchestration tools, including vector stores, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and platforms like Cursor.Business-oriented mindset, focusing on ROI, velocity, and KPIs while managing ambiguity and scoping solutions across functions.Process improvement and scaling focus, with attention to documentation, workflow efficiency, and building systems that grow.Bonus points if you have:Experience in growth, strategy, or marketing/advertising teams, with strong ability to own stakeholder communication and influence across levels.Familiarity with modern productivity and AI tools, including Notion, Slack AI, GitHub Copilot, or internal LLM frameworks.How you'll make an impact:Lead the end-to-end execution of GenAI and automation projects across teams, from idea to integrationTranslate ambiguous business problems into structured experiments and scalable toolingBuild PoCs, evaluate tools/vendors, and help define architecture for internal agents, copilots, and process automations.Serve as a technical project manager or responsible for end-to-end delivery and delivery driver for high-priority projects.Maintain a lean, iterative process mindset: ship > learn > refineWhy Taboola?If you ask Taboolars what they love about working here, they'll tell you that they've been empowered to realize their full potential while growing and learning from and with smart and talented people.
