We are looking for a skilled Information Specialist

This role requires

A full time /on site position, based in Haifa /Ra'anana

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Knowledge Management team is seeking an information specialist with a technological orientation and strong organizational skills for a dynamic and diverse role.
  • Accessing and managing information within organizational information systems
  • Assisting in the setup and maintenance of work templates in the Microsoft Teams environment
  • Handling service requests and providing professional support to internal teams
  • Managing back-office tasks, including documentation, tracking, and process updates
REQUIREMENTS
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment – an advantage
  • Good level of English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills, service orientation, and good interpersonal skills
