In this role, you will support the company's technology infrastructure for approximately 40 employees, taking ownership of IT operations, DevOps processes, and data security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and support IT operations for approximately 40 employees, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality.
● Take ownership of DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipeline management and deployment strategies.
● Implement and maintain robust data security products and protocols to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry standards.
● Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, providing technical support to employees as needed.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our IT and DevOps strategies.
● Document IT processes, procedures, and infrastructure to maintain clear communication and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and DevOps roles.
● Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
● Proficiency in DevOps tools and methodologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.).
● Experience with data security best practices and tools.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
● Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a part-time capacity.
Nice to have
● Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
● Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
● Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+, etc.) are a plus.
