We're seeking an exceptional Data Analytics Team Leader to guide and inspire our team, shape our data strategy, and drive innovation across the organization. If you're passionate about fostering growth, championing data integrity, and master of analysis your place is with us

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor Business analytics team members
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration, creating clarity and alignment between Business Analytics, BI, Product and R&D.
  • Ensure consistent and scalable data practices through tool, methodology, and data structure standards.
  • Foster excellence through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
  • Take an active role as part of the Match Masters leadership. Participate in strategic and managerial discussions that frame how we operate and scale our game.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale data analytics, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business impact through strong business understanding.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring data professionals.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in the gaming industry is a significant advantage.
  • Player of Match Masters with big passion for the Game
  • B.Sc. or B.A. in a quantitative field.
