We're looking for workshop Integrator.

someone who loves making things – someone who can take a technical drawing, some raw materials, and a pile of bolts… and turn them into something that actually works.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for building, assembling, and maintaining the mechanical systems that bring our robots to life.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting and working closely with the R&D team – from brainstorming to hands-on execution.
• Machining and metal fabrication (drilling, grinding, welding, lathe work, etc.)
• Assembling mechanical parts and sub-systems based on drawings and technical specs.
• Performing maintenance and small repairs both in the workshop (Rosh HaAyin) and at our field test site. (dairy farm)

What you bring to the table:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a workshop or fabrication setting.
• Strong mechanical skills and technical curiosity.
• The ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
• Attention to detail and precision in your work.
• A practical, problem-solving mindset.
• The ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks – but also to collaborate closely as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Commitment to a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• On site position- 5 days a week.

מה כוללת העבודה היומיומית:

• עבודה צמודה עם צוות הפיתוח – משלב הרעיון ועד היישום בפועל.
• עבודות מסגרות ועיבוד שבבי: קידוח, השחזה, ריתוך, חריטה ועוד.
• הרכבת מכלולים וחלקים מכניים לפי שרטוטים ומפרטים טכניים.
• תחזוקה ותיקונים – גם בסדנה בראש העין וגם באתר הניסוי שלנו ברפת.

מה חשוב לתפקיד:

• לפחות שנה ניסיון מעשי בעבודת סדנה או ייצור מכני.
• גישה טכנית מצוינת וסקרנות הנדסית.
• יכולת קריאה והבנה של שרטוטים טכניים.
• דיוק, סדר, ותשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים.
• חשיבה פרקטית ויכולת לפתור בעיות בשטח.
• יכולת לעבוד באופן עצמאי ולקחת בעלות מלאה על משימות – וגם לדעת לעבוד היטב בצוות.
• מחויבות לעבודה בטוחה, מסודרת ונקייה.
• רישיון נהיגה בתוקף.
