MLM is seeking a
V&V System Engineer
to join the Quality Management Directorate.

The position includes:


• Implementing work methodologies for requirements management and test management using automated tools


• Supporting and monitoring project teams in applying these methodologies


• Reviewing specifications for completeness, accuracy, connectivity, traceability, and correct definition of the verification matrix


• Ensuring that requirements are written clearly and are testable, and verifying that links provide full coverage


• Producing SRVM (System Requirement Verification Matrix) documents


• Running and collecting test outputs from all stakeholders involved in development and production


• Writing System Test Description documents


• Tracking and collecting design verification activities and integrating them into the verification matrix within automated tools

What we are looking for:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Aeronautics, Exact Sciences, or Engineering. Candidates with a BA may be considered if they have relevant experience


•A master's degree is an advantage


• At least two years of experience as a System Engineer or System Tester in multidisciplinary systems


• Understanding and knowledge of SW and HW interfaces


• Experience working with tools such as Polarion, QC, TFS, DOORS and others is a strong advantage


• Familiarity with standards and work methodologies in project development is an advantage


• Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork skills, assertiveness, and creativity


• Full proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

The Quality Management Directorate plays a key role in improving organizational performance by evaluating and monitoring processes across the company. The design verification process ensures system and product quality throughout all life cycle stages, from proposal and development to customer delivery, using defined and documented development processes to ensure the quality of the final product.
