Senior Product Manager
to join our growing Product team and help shape the future of aiOla's Voice Agentic Platform. In this role, you'll drive the vision, strategy, and execution of products that transform how global enterprises use voice to streamline their operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn cutting-edge AI research into real-world impact, shaping solutions that are both technically innovative and commercially successful. Requirements:

  • 5 years of product management experience in SaaS B2B, with proven success and leading products that serve enterprise customers.
  • Experience building and launching products that leverage LLMs or advanced AI capabilities to deliver business impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology into clear business value and user benefits.
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills; able to balance technical feasibility with customer needs and strategic goals.
  • Proven track record of shipping impactful products quickly and iterating in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English — both technical and business-oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for aiOla's Voice Agentic platform — aligning with company goals and customer needs.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation and customer validation to launch and adoption.
  • Partner closely with R&D, Data, and AI teams to build aiOla's core product — powering intelligent voice interfaces that automate complex workflows and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Define and execute product strategies that directly impact ARR growth, focusing on delivering scalable, revenue-generating solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Take a customer-centric and data-driven approach to prioritization — balancing feature requests, reported issues, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for voice automation and AI-powered process optimization.
  • Stay ahead of the fast-evolving Conversational AI and LLM ecosystem to guide product direction and innovation.
