A Day in the Life:

• Support and maintenance for existing Citrix's

customers

• Provide senior technical support within our

client's virtualization technology infrastructure

• Design and implement standard or custom technical

solutions

• Recommend the implementation of new technologies

and processes

What You Bring:

• Three years of experience managing Citrix virtual

apps and desktops (formerly XenApp/XenDesktop) environments, including MCS/PVS,

profile management, W10 virtual desktops, and W2016/2019 virtual application

servers

• Three years of experience managing Application

Delivery Controllers (formerly NetScaler), including Citrix Gateway, GSLB, and

load balancing.

• Three years' experience working with VMware vSphere

1. x integration, namely integration and ongoing support with Citrix solutions.

• Three years working in a 24x7x365 operations role

supporting Citrix solutions troubleshooting variances, planning and executing

changes, and documenting work.
• An advanced level understanding of Active

Directory

• Familiarity with cloud technologies
• Capacity to

respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
• Excellent time management, crisis management,

organizational skills, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What Makes You Extra Awesome:

• Citrix CCP-V, CCE-V, and/or CCP-N

• Citrix ADC (NetScaler) skill

• Self-study ability
