We seek a skilled
System Qualification and Validation Engineer
to join our R&D Hardware team and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Hardware projects.

In this position, you will lead system-level qualification, integration, and testing activities, working closely with hardware, software, and System teams to validate our products before deployment.

A day in the life and how you'll make an impact:

  • Lead qualification, testing, and validation of multidisciplinary systems.
  • Define and execute test plans to ensure product performance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, and mechanical teams to resolve system-level issues.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate integration or performance problems in lab and field environments.
  • Document test results and provide clear feedback to development teams.
  • Work with subcontractors and suppliers to support qualification and testing tasks.
  • Travel internationally up to 25% of the time to support on-site testing and deployment.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Electrical / Mechanical / Integration Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in system qualification, validation, or integration in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Strong hands-on capabilities
  • Problem-solving skills and a can-do approach
  • Familiarity with communication protocols and lab equipment.
  • Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and performing assemblies accordingly
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and a team player.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
