We are seeking a highly motivated
Quality Control Technician
to join our production team. The ideal candidate will focus on testing agricultural products and maintaining accurate documentation related to product quality and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control (QC) tests to ensure product consistency, stability, and compliance with standards.
  • Accurately record and update data in company databases.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track raw materials, and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and availability.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including formulation procedures and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for product manufacturing.
  • Generate customer reports containing required product information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or other relevant field / equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with biological products, particularly microorganisms – an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience operating laboratory equipment.
  • Willingness to work both on the production floor and in the laboratory.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and general technological aptitude.
  • Professionalism, accuracy, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime when needed.
  • High level of English (spoken and written).
