We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer / Data Lead with a strong backend development background who has grown into the data domain and brings a broad system-level perspective.
This role combines technical leadership, data systems analysis, and end-to-end project ownership in a complex on-prem environment.
You will lead data initiatives from definition to delivery, while mentoring and guiding a Data Engineer (Informatica) and a Systems Analyst, and working closely with customers and business stakeholders
Requirements
Background in Backend Development, with proven growth into Data Engineering
5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis and Data Project Definition / Specification
Strong experience leading data-focused projects end to end
Hands-on experience in ETL design and development
Experience working with Informatica or similar ETL tools
Proven ability to lead processes and work directly with customers and stakeholders
High-level project management capabilities, including task orchestration and execution
Experience working in on-prem data environments
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end data projects, from requirements and system design to implementation and delivery
Perform high-level systems analysis and define data architectures and solutions
Design, build, and oversee ETL processes and data pipelines
Manage and coordinate tasks across development, data, and business teams
Lead and mentor: Informatica / ETL Developer Systems Analyst
Own project execution including planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and delivery
Work directly with customers and business stakeholders, leading processes and aligning expectations
Ensure stability, scalability, and performance of data solutions in an on-prem environment
