Control Plane is a U.S.-based cloud platform expanding into Israel. We let teams deploy and operate apps across any cloud—with the power of Kubernetes and none of the pain. Your mission: build and scale our Israeli partner ecosystem (MSPs, resellers, and DevOps consultancies) so they bring Control Plane to their customers—and win with us.

If you live and breathe channel partnerships and have a strong Israeli network in cloud/DevOps, this is a rare ground-floor opportunity with real ownership and upside.

What you'll own

  • Build the partner network:
    Identify, recruit, and onboard top
    MSPs, resellers, and DevOps firms
    across Israel.
  • Create revenue with partners:
    Structure co-sell motions, MDF plans, and incentives; drive qualified pipeline and closed-won.
  • Enable & scale:
    Launch partner playbooks, demos, joint value props, and technical enablement with Control Plane solutions engineering.
  • Be the market face:
    Host meetups, roundtables, and webinars; represent Control Plane at local cloud events and communities.
  • Operate like a founder:
    Forecast accurately, run QBRs, and iterate fast based on partner feedback and deal velocity.

What success looks like (clear KPIs)

  • 60–90 days: 10–15 qualified partner intros, 5 signed partner agreements, 3 active co-sell opportunities.
  • 6 months: 12+ active partners producing pipeline; repeatable enablement toolkit; first marquee joint win.
  • 12 months: Scalable partner motion with
    predictable ARR
    sourced and influenced by the channel.

You'll excel here if you have

  • 4–10+ years in
    channel/alliances/strategic partnerships
    at a cloud, DevOps, Kubernetes, or infrastructure company.
  • Deep relationships
    in Israel with MSPs, VARs, boutique SIs, and DevOps firms; you know who moves the market.
  • Proven track record
    signing, enabling, and monetizing
    partner ecosystems.
  • Strong commercial acumen: deal structuring, incentives, MDF, co-marketing, and co-selling with AEs/SEs.
  • Technical fluency in modern cloud stacks (Kubernetes, multi-cloud, DevOps toolchain).
  • Bilingual:
    Hebrew (native-level) and English (professional).
  • Bias to action, owner's mindset, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup.

Nice to have

  • Experience partnering with AWS/GCP/Azure marketplaces and co-sell programs.
  • Familiarity with platform companies (PaaS), containers, service mesh, and multi-region architectures.
  • Built a partner motion from zero to scale in a new region.
