• תמיכה שוטפת בלקוחות ותפקיד פרואקטיבי בהצלחתם (Customer Success).

דרישות התפקיד:


• ניסיון קודם בניהול פרויקטים טכנולוגיים מורכבים – חובה.


• היכרות או ניסיון בעולמות תוכנה – חובה.


• רקע צבאי רלוונטי – יתרון.


• יכולת הנעת תהליכים וניהול ממשקים מרובים.


• תקשורת בין־אישית גבוהה ושירותיות ברמה גבוהה.
