NTI is looking for a skilled Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations focused on cable harness production and assembly of NTI rugged electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily production of cable harnesses (IPC/WHMA-A-620) and assembly of NTI products.
  • Ensure compliance with IPC standards (IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620).
  • Oversee and personally demonstrate soldering, crimping, and assembly processes.
  • Provide hands-on guidance, show employees how tasks should be performed, and verify the quality of their work.
  • Implement and monitor quality control across all stages of production.
  • Communicate with customers and provide top-level service and support.
  • Coordinate workflow, optimize resources, and ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electronics manufacturing and cable harness assembly.
  • Strong knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-610 / IPC-620).
  • Hands-on expertise with soldering, crimping, and mechanical/electrical assembly.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain stress resilience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer communication skills.
  • Willingness to work both as a manager and hands-on operator when needed.
