DESCRIPTION
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage AWS customers while driving new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning AWS-based solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of technical solutions.
  • Monitor, forecast, and report on sales performance, quarterly targets, and account health.
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Support complex customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in Sales or Account Management (cloud or SaaS preferred).
  • Strong hands-on familiarity with AWS services (significant advantage).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at executive levels.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Ability to deliver client-focused solutions and manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Strong negotiation and listening skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Technical aptitude (major advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal skills – must.
  • BA/BS in Business Administration or related field (advantage).
