DESCRIPTION- Recruit, onboard, and manage AWS customers while driving new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning AWS-based solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of technical solutions.
- Monitor, forecast, and report on sales performance, quarterly targets, and account health.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Support complex customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in Sales or Account Management (cloud or SaaS preferred).
- Strong hands-on familiarity with AWS services (significant advantage).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at executive levels.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Ability to deliver client-focused solutions and manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Strong negotiation and listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Technical aptitude (major advantage).
- Strong interpersonal skills – must.
- BA/BS in Business Administration or related field (advantage).
