We're building for builders: the engineering and product teams shaping the next generation of SaaS.Trusted by companies like Miro, Webflow, PagerDuty, Upwork, Qlik, and Productboard, Stigg helps SaaS teams turn monetization into a growth engine instead of a bottleneck.We're looking for a creative, versatile, and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to join our growing team and define how Stigg communicates visually with the world. You'll own our brand's visual language across all marketing channels, from web and social to motion, video, and live events.What will be your primary goals Define and evolve Stigg's visual identity across all marketing touchpoints; web, social, video, email, presentations, and events.Own and expand our motion and video presence: create engaging animations, short videos, and motion graphics that tell Stigg's story and amplify our brand personality.Conceptualize and design creative assets that make complex ideas simple, compelling, and visually powerful.Collaborate closely with content, growth, and product marketing teams to create campaigns that stand out, from storyboards to launch visuals.Design and maintain marketing collateral such as case studies, one-pagers, ads, blog covers, and conference materials.Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all channels.RequirementsWhat we think can help you achieve your goals 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Brand Designer, or Visual Designer in a B2B SaaS or startup environment.A strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing, brand identity, motion design, and visual storytelling.Mastery of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar.Advanced animation and video editing experience.Storyboarding or scriptwriting experience for short marketing videos.Experience designing for web, social, and paid campaigns, with a sharp eye for how movement elevates static design.Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and motion principles.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate strategy into stunning visuals.A proactive, hands-on mindset; you take ownership, move fast, and bring creative ideas to life.Bonus PointsBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Webflow.BenefitsPerks Stock options, competitive salary, latest MacBook Pro, amazing dog-friendly office, and great team vibes.OfficeRemote We work 3 days together at the office, 2 days remotely.Location Our office is in Tel Aviv, Neve Tzedek / Rothschild area, we're happy to help with commute, parking, and anything else that helps you feel at home.
