We're looking for a hands-on and strategic DevOps Manager to lead Trullion's cloud and IT infrastructure, supporting our AI-powered platform for finance and accounting teams. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll own the architecture, reliability, and security of our multi-cloud and AI/LLM environments, while managing and mentoring a growing DevOps tea

Design, build, and manage secure, scalable infrastructure across AWS and Azure (GCP is a bonus), including support for AI/LLM worklo
- ads.Define infrastructure as code using Terraform and GitOps workflows (e.g., Argo CD, GitHub Actions), ensuring reliable, repeatable deployme
- nts.Select and manage frameworks, tools, and technologies that support automation, observability, and system performan
- ce..Lead Trullion's cloud security and compliance initiatives, supporting SOC 2 readiness and zero-trust adoption alongside the
- CTO.Oversee internal IT operations, including device management and access control, with a lightweight, cloud-first appro
- ach.Collaborate with engineering teams to define deployment pipelines and integrate infrastructure into development workfl
- ows.Develop internal tooling and platform capabilities that help scale Trullion's SaaS prod
- uct.Implement observability best practices (monitoring, logging, alerting), and provide visibility to engineering and professional servi
- ces.Ensure system reliability by setting SLOs, leading incident response, and conducting post-mort

Requirem**

• ents:

5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in cloud-native, production environ
- ments.Experience managing and leading DevOps
- teams.Proven success designing and operating multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure required; GCP a
- plus).Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and high-availability sy
- stems.Skilled in Terraform and GitOps workflows (e.g., Argo CD, GitHub Act
- ions).Experience with cloud security and compliance (e.g., SOC 2), secure networking, and vulnerability manag
- ement.Strong scripting and automation skills (Python or Go prefe
