Full Stack Team Leader
Role Summary
We're looking for a
Full Stack Team Leader
who is a tech enthusiast with a drive for excellence and an out-of-the-box mindset to deliver business solutions in a complex payment environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead an autonomous team of software engineers working closely with Product Management to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&D teams.
• Provide technical authority through hands-on leadership and mentorship.
• Drive the overall design, development, architecture, code quality, and deployment of your team's solutions.
• Focus on developing and growing your team members.
• Ensure engineering best practices (code reviews, testing coverage, agile methodologies).

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with proven success in large-scale projects.
• Strong experience with C#, SQL, and building RESTful APIs
• Past experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and React for front-end development.
• 5+ years of managerial experience, leading development of customer-facing products – a must
• Broad knowledge of OOP, design patterns, web architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Experienced in Microservices and cloud-based/hybrid environments.
• Passionate about managing and growing people.
• Ambitious and eager to learn new technologies.

What Could Set You Apart

• Experience with messaging queues/streams such as RabbitMQ, SQS, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with Redis or similar caching technologies.
• Experience with ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
• Background in building SaaS platforms.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
