Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy for platforms that support personalized, data-driven user communication in a B2C context.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (monetization, sales, CRM, analytics, ENG) to understand user needs, segmentation opportunities, and business goals.
  • Design, prioritize, and deliver product features that enable targeted, contextually relevant messaging across channels.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to optimize communication effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies or platforms to enhance personalization and communication capabilities.
  • Develop product roadmaps, manage backlog, and coordinate product launches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in user engagement, CRM, or communication tools in a B2C environment.
  • Familiarity with user communication platforms such as Emails, SMS, Push notifications, or similar tools (e.g., Optimove, Braze, Iterable) is a plus.
  • Experience with Optimove is a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, personalized messaging, segmentation, and user retention strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, analytics, and Engineering (ENG).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive personalization and engagement decisions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
