TAMAR Group is seeking a Development Team Leader

for a full-time position at Caesarea Industrial Park.

Role Responsibilities

  • Professional and managerial leadership of a development team.
  • Managing and leading projects from concept through production.
  • Ongoing collaboration with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Design, development, and drafting of products and assemblies.
  • Solving technical and operational challenges in a dynamic, advanced environment.

Working hours:
Sunday–Thursday, full-time / mother-friendly position.

Requirements

  • Experience leading teams or projects.
  • Experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment – an advantage.
  • Experience in the defense industry – an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (Fusion, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • Strong technical aptitude, systems thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and leadership capabilities.
