What you'll do

  • Lead NPI projects from the design stage through full-scale production
  • Identify, track, communicate, and resolve issues, risks, and required actions
  • Perform process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) in line with requirements
  • Raise challenges, resource needs, and support requests early to improve processes
  • Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to reduce their impact

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical / Biomedical / Industrial & Management / Chemical Engineering – a must
  • 7 years' experience leading NPI projects in the medical device industry – a must
  • Hands-on experience with process and equipment validations – a must
  • High level of English – a must
  • Familiarity with medical quality and regulatory standards – advantage
