We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager for a key role focused on developing and strengthening customer relationships, improving user experience, leading cross-functional processes, and overseeing success metrics and KPI achievement.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management of the Customer Success, Service, and Support teams, including day-to-day operational involvement, prioritization and monitoring of support tickets, professional mentoring, customer meetings, and the design and implementation of scalable CS processes aligned with the company's growth.
The position is based in
Petah Tikva
and includes travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Customer Success, Support, and Implementation teams, including strategic customer portfolios.
- Drive onboarding and implementation processes for new customers and manage customer retention initiatives.
- Manage relationships with B2B customers and actively participate in customer meetings.
- Build and optimize CS workflows, KPIs, methodologies, and internal procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and Sales teams.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience managing Customer Success teams.
- Previous experience in a SaaS technology company –
mandatory
. - Proven experience in Customer Success roles supporting B2B customers –
mandatory
. - Advantage: background in payroll, HR, or enterprise systems companies.
- Strong experience in building CS methodologies, performance tracking, and meeting targets.
