Beer Sheva is the capital of the Negev, located in Southern Israel.

The factory in Beer Sheva was established in 1996 in the "Emek Sarah" industrial area and has over 1,000 employees. Vishay Resistors are embedded in various industries: Automotive, Telecom, Computers, Medical, Military, etc.

What you will be doing:

• To support the human resources department in a unit with approximately 1000 employees.
• To prepare letters covering a range of topics.
• To recruit candidates for production, managing the work relations with agency companies, sorting resumes, conducting interviews.
• To handle corporate publications, bulletin board, birthdays and corporate application.
• To participation in welfare projects and other fields.

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor's degree student in the field of social sciences- upon finishing a minimum of one year of study.
• A commitment to at least two days a week, during semester holidays, prepared for additional working days – required.
• Office software - high level is required.
• English language: reading, writing at a good level.
• Previous experience in the field - an advantage.
