We're looking for a skilled and motivated
Financial Project Manage
r to join our commercialization unit. In this role, you will oversee the financial implementation of licensing and commercialization agreements, track royalties and payments, manage company portfolio data, and support strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement license agreements in CRM, including financial terms and payment schedules
  • Oversee collection of payments and distribution of royalties
  • Monitor financial and operational data across the Technion's startup portfolio
  • Generate reports for management on financial and business performance
  • Develop models for financial efficiency and process automation
  • Collaborate with government bodies and internal/external partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's a plus)
  • 5+ years' experience in financial/project management roles
  • Strong skills in Excel and Power BI (mandatory); SAP/CRM experience a major advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English
  • High service orientation, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset
