is an AI-first platform helping brands and agencies understand what makes ads work.

We're a strong, experienced team of builders and operators - but we're missing a design hand to bring our story and product to life. (You'll probably notice it yourself when you see our website )

We're looking for a part-time designer to join us and help shape Upspring's visual identity across web and marketing materials. You'll work directly with the founders and have a real impact on how Upspring looks and feels.

What you'll do

  • Design and update pages on our
    marketing website
    (bonus points if you can build in
    Webflow
    ).
  • Create
    marketing materials
    like decks, one-pagers, and visuals for campaigns or social.
  • Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to keep everything visually consistent and on-brand.
  • In a later phase, pending fit, we can also refine the product UI.

What we're looking for

  • A
    builder mentality
  • someone who loves to
    figure things out
    and isn't afraid to get hands-on with whatever's needed.
  • Some experience (or strong interest) in
    web design
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Figma
    ,
    Canva
    , or similar tools.
  • Webflow
    experience is a
    big advantage
    .
  • A good eye for clean, modern, startup-style design.
  • Curiosity, passion, and a willingness to grow.
