We're looking for an excellent and experienced product manager to join our Product Management team and lead one of the most impactful domains in out platform - in this position, you will need to lead, invent, get things done by taking an idea and turn it into reality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and shape innovative solutions to some of the intelligence world's hardest problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas and functions.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver clear short, mid, and long term goals aligned to the business priorities, and guide the team through key organization milestones.
- Play an active role in shaping the product roadmap as part of the Product team, identifying key opportunities and aligning with business objectives.
- Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, UI/XU & flow and handle full feature life-cycle development.
- Lead internal research efforts and organize research findings into actionable insights that promote the product design process.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, QA, Support, and Project management to guarantee smooth, efficient communication between stakeholders and successful implementation of new features – from ideation to launch.
- Participate in technical discussions with engineering teams as an advocate for clients' needs and asses technical trade-offs to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal solutions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a product manager/owner
- Significant background in one or more of the following fields: intelligence, cyber, mobile world
- Background in hardware integration (design, tech packs, manufacturer communication) - an advantage
- Excellent team player with the ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines to take new products through the full product cycle, from ideation to launch.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making who adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Project management skills - organized, self-sufficient & self-motivated, goal-oriented.
- Technical background as a Developer/Security Analyst – an advantage
- A great communicator who can clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English).
- We are looking for proactive and independent individuals who strive for self- development and have the willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
