השתלבות בצוות אבטחת המידע ובכפיפות ל-CISO של ארגון טכנולוגי ומתפתח הפועל בסביבה היברידית המשלבת שירותים בענן ובתשתיות מקומיות.

תיאור התפקיד:

  • הטמעה, ניהול ותפעול שוטף של מערכות הגנה וסייבר בארגון לרבות פתרונות מתקדמים כגון XDR, Mail Relay, Sandboxing, IDS/IPS, Firewall, מערכות אנטי-וירוס וניטור תעבורה.
  • תגובה לאירועים בזמן אמת – ניתוח, חקירה, טיפול והסקת מסקנות מתוך SIEM/SOAR, בשיתוף פעולה שוטף עם צוות ה-SOC של ספק MSSP.
  • הובלת תהליכי Threat Hunting תוך שימוש במודיעין סייבר (Cyber Threat Intelligence) לזיהוי התנהגויות חריגות ופיתוח חוקים מותאמים לגילוי מוקדם.
  • תחקור אירועים מורכבים: איסוף נתונים, ביצוע Root Cause Analysis, תיעוד ויישום לקחים.
  • יישום בקרות אבטחה בפרויקטים טכנולוגיים – כולל אבטחת ענן (IaaS/SaaS), ניהול גישה והרשאות (IAM), הקשחת שרתים ותחנות קצה, הגנת דוא"ל והתקנים ניידים.
  • ביצוע פעולות פרואקטיביות לשיפור רמת האבטחה, כמו הקשחות, עדכונים, בדיקות תקופתיות, ניהול תצורה וזיהוי סטיות במדיניות.
  • ליווי תהליכים תפעוליים ועסקיים תוך יישום עקרונות least privilege, segmentation, ו-zero trust.
  • תמיכה בתהליכי רגולציה, עמידה בדרישות תקנים, וליווי ביקורות אבטחת מידע – פנימיות וחיצוניות – לרבות הכנה לתהליכי הסמכה והצגת ממצאים.
  • השתתפות בכוננויות/תורנויות, כולל חגים וסופי שבוע, לצורך מענה מהיר ויעיל לאירועים קריטיים.

דרישות התפקיד:

  • ניסיון של לפחות שנתיים באבטחת מידע Hands-on – בסביבת IT/OT מורכבת, מבוזרת ובעלת ממשקי ענן – חובה.
  • הכשרה מקצועית מוכרת בתחום הסייבר, כגון: PT / SOC / Incident Response או מקבילה – חובה.
  • היכרות עמוקה עם תחום התשתיות – כולל Active Directory, GPO, סביבת Client-Server – חובה.
  • היכרות עדכנית עם איומים, חולשות וטכניקות תקיפה במגוון טכנולוגיות ומערכות – חובה.
  • הבנה ויכולת עבודה מול ספקי שירותי סייבר, כולל SOC חיצוני (MSSP) – חובה.
  • ניסיון בביצוע סקרי סיכונים ובניית תוכנית פעולה מתקנת- חובה.
  • שליטה ו/או ניסיון מעשי עם פתרונות אבטחה כגון: Firewall, IPS, XDR, DLP, מערכות Web Filtering, מערכות הלבנה (Content Disarm) – יתרון משמעותי.
  • היכרות עם רשתות בקרה (OT) ואתגרי האבטחה שלהן – יתרון.
  • הכרות עם תקנים ורגולציות בתחום אבטחת המידע והפרטיות – כגון ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, , חוק הגנת הפרטיות – יתרון.
  • היכרות עם כלים וטכנולוגיות מבוססי AI ו-LLM (כגון שימוש באוטומציה מבוססת AI, חוקי Detection, ניתוח תעבורה) – יתרון.
