About the Company:

A fast-growing AI startup based in Tel Aviv is seeking an experienced
VP of Finance
to join its leadership team. The company develops innovative, AI-driven solutions with a strong global footprint and a rapidly expanding client base. This is a unique opportunity to take part in a growth-stage organization operating at the intersection of technology, creativity, and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, FP&A, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's scaling and business goals.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models, forecasts, and reports for executive decision-making.
  • Establish and optimize financial processes and internal controls.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to align financial planning with strategic objectives.
  • Manage relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.
  • Support and supervise global financial operations across multiple regions and entities.
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in senior financial management roles (Head of Finance / Finance Director / VP Finance).
  • Previous experience working in startups, ideally within the technology or AI sector.
  • Strong track record managing global financial operations, including multi-currency and multi-entity environments.
  • Proven ability to design and lead financial strategy in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • CPA or equivalent qualification - an advantage.
  • Fluency in English & Hebrew
