About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to join our team at Duve. In this full-time on-site position, you will focus on prospecting new business and will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients within the hospitality sector.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in outbound prospecting within the technology industry (experience in hospitality is a plus).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive prospecting efforts.
  • Experienced in outbound cold calling, sequence creation, and Linkedin outreach.
  • Experience with qualifying leads while communicating the product's value proposition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate our solutions to non-tech prospects as well as tech oriented prospects.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with a drive to contribute to the company's growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, outreach tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Intent software is an advantage.
  • Native English or mother tongue level.
  • Additional languages - a PLUS.

What you will do:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities (sequences, calling, Linkedin) to identify and qualify potential clients in the hospitality industry.
  • Qualify leads over the phone.
  • Utilize various channels and platforms to research and connect with decision-makers, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value of Duve's solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective prospecting strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
