ocial, Communities & Marcom Manager
 to lead the digital voice, presence, and community engagement of multiple brands across Israel and global.

This role combines strategic ownership with
hands‑on execution
- perfect for someone who lives social media, understands audience behavior, and knows how to turn strategy into meaningful results.

Role Overview:


• Full ownership of social and community presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels


• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with campaigns and business goals


• Create and publish engaging content that builds trust, recognition, and engagement


• Manage online conversations, respond to followers, and foster positive community interactions


• Identify and participate in relevant groups, forums, and financial communities to expand reach


• Collaborate with Content & Design teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and visual identity


• Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion)


• Support campaigns, events, PR, and partnerships through social amplification

Requirements:


•
3+ years managing social media, communities, or marcom - B2C
(preferred: fintech/trading/financial services)


• Proven experience growing multi‑channel social presence


• Strong copywriting and visual communication skills


• Hands‑on experience with social management & analytics tools


• Data‑driven, self‑managed, and brand‑savvy


• Fluency in English & Hebrew
