We're looking for a
strategic, data-driven, and people-oriented Account Manager
to lead partnerships with some of the world's most exciting
mobile advertisers.
In this role, you'll own the relationship end-to-end - from strategy to execution - running performance campaigns across CPA, CPI, and Revenue Share models.
If you love connecting with people, making data come alive, and turning insights into action, you'll feel right at home here.
You'll work closely with some of the
strongest global brands
in Sports Betting, Fintech, Utilities, and On-Demand apps.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an
Account Manager
or
Campaign Manager
in Mobile / Performance Marketing -
Mandatory. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken - Mandatory.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate numbers into insights and actions – Mandatory
. - Experience with
AppsFlyer, Adjust, Google Sheets, QuickSight, Looker Studio
, or similar tools –
Mandatory. - Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- A results-driven team player with a service mindset and a passion for growth and performance.
- Position located in Israel; hiring domestically only.

What You'll Do
- Be the
main point of contact
for global app advertisers across verticals like
Gaming, Fintech, E-commerce, and Lifestyle. - Plan, execute, and optimize
user acquisition campaigns to achieve client goals and KPIs. - Collaborate closely with our
Affiliate and Media teams
to maximize performance and scale campaigns efficiently. - Analyze performance data
, create reports, and extract actionable insights that drive measurable growth. - Identify and develop
cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
, expanding client budgets and deepening partnerships. - Serve as your clients' internal advocate, ensuring transparency, impact, and long-term success.
