About the Client – Growve

Growve is a rapidly expanding consumer products company that owns and operates a diverse portfolio of health, wellness, and personal care brands.

Each brand is supported by specialized teams focused on driving growth through Amazon and other digital channels.

We're seeking a Brand Manager to join the BNR Consulting team and lead strategy and execution for one key Growve brand—an established, high-growth player within the portfolio.

Role Overview

As Brand Manager, you'll serve as the strategic owner for a single Growve brand within BNR. You'll combine brand strategy, performance marketing, and creative direction to accelerate sales and strengthen presence on Amazon and other marketplaces.

You'll oversee daily performance, advertising campaigns, and content initiatives while ensuring the brand's digital presence drives visibility, conversion, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Brand: Lead the marketing strategy and execution for a Growve brand on Amazon.

Optimize Performance: Analyze and enhance product listings, A+ content, storefronts, and ad performance to maximize growth.

Manage Advertising: Develop and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP) to achieve sales and ROAS targets.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with BNR's creative, data, PPC, and SEO teams to develop compelling content, imagery, and campaigns.

Analyze & Report: Monitor sales, profitability, keyword rankings, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities.

Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for new product launches, promotions, pricing strategies, and assortment optimization.

Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure every consumer touchpoint reflects the brand's voice and positioning.

Act as Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between BNR and Growve for your brand—driving proactive communication, alignment, and accountability.

Qualifications

Experience in eCommerce brand management or digital marketing, with a strong focus on Amazon.

Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and advertising best practices.

Proven success managing Amazon PPC/DSP campaigns and optimizing listings for conversion.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and client management skills.
