Natasha Denona Makeup is hiring a Creative Content Project Manager
to lead creative projects for global launches and campaigns — from initial concept through delivery of final assets across all channels and markets.

Day to Day:

  • Manage end-to-end production processes, including shoot planning, team

coordination, timelines, and deadlines.

  • Work closely with the Creative Director and communicate creative direction to

all relevant resellers.

  • Translate creative ideas into clear action plans, including briefs, storyboards,

and detailed asset lists.

  • Attend and provide creative supervision on set, ensuring execution aligns with

the approved vision and making real-time adjustments as needed.

  • Manage post-production stages, including editing, retouching, color grading,

animation, and format adaptations.

  • Adapt assets for digital, e-commerce, social media, and global retail channels.
  • Collaborate daily with multiple cross-functional teams: creative, marketing, e-

commerce, retail, and external vendors.

  • Ensure high-quality output and maintain visual consistency in line with brand

guidelines.

Requirements
:

  • Fluent English – A Must.
  • Previous experience managing creative projects, productions, or campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of creative, content, and digital workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in beauty and/or fashion - a strong advantage.
