About This Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic 
Product Manager
 to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, design, and business - passionate about discovering customer needs and translating them into impactful product solutions.

qbiq is pioneering a new category in the real estate industry with the first-ever Architectural AI platform. By automating and democratizing architectural capabilities, qbiq empowers stakeholders - non-designers and designers alike - to plan, visualize, and optimize any space in minutes. This innovation eliminates delays, manual inefficiencies, and high costs traditionally tied to architectural planning. Growing rapidly, qbiq is backed by top-tier VCs and has already planned over 400 million square feet in less than two years, serving global industry leaders such as Brookfield, JLL, Skanska, IWG, and many more.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer interviews and discovery sessions to deeply understand complex problem spaces and uncover pain points.
  • Map customer segments, evaluate business opportunities, and conduct competitor and market trend research.
  • Build business cases for new features and long-term product initiatives.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to explore innovative product directions.
  • Partner with architects, UX/UI designers, AI experts, and engineering teams to deliver products customers love.
  • Create and monitor KPIs and learning engines to measure success, optimize features, and drive business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align product strategy with go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in 
    product management
     (SaaS or web-based platforms).
  • Proven experience in 
    customer discovery
     and problem analysis using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Strong 
    strategic thinking
     and business acumen.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with the ability to navigate complex systems and deliver elegant solutions.
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of setting and achieving measurable KPIs.
  • Excellent 
    communication and storytelling
     skills.
