We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementation Specialist to take full ownership of analyzing business processes and designing technological solutions in the field of Customer Experience (CX).

The role involves leading cross-organizational processes, implementing solutions in Salesforce, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and managing system integrations.

What will your day look like?

Analyze, design, and implement solutions in Salesforce

Plan and define system interfaces and integrations

Write detailed functional and technical design documents (Detail Design level)

Work closely with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity teams, and external vendors

Lead tasks and projects while meeting tight deadlines

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service divisions

Support complex business processes and gain deep understanding of user needs

What are we looking for?

At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing complex processes in Salesforce

Strong understanding of IT architectures and proven experience with system integrations – must

Proven experience analyzing business processes with sales or marketing units

Experience working in an enterprise environment with multiple technological interfaces – advantage

Basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools – advantage

Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Workato) – advantage

Experience working with SAP – advantage

High level of English (reading and writing of technical documents)
