תחומי אחריות:

· ביצוע בדיקות מעבדה בתחומי הביוכימיה, המטולוגיה, מיקרוביולוגיה, אנדרולוגיה ובנקאות דם.

· ביצוע בקרות ומבדקים פנימיים בתחומי המעבדה

· ניהול תהליכי איכות בכל שלב המעבדה: פרה אנליטי, אנליטי, פוסט-אנליטי.

· ביצוע משימות בתחום המקצועי והשירותי לפי הוראת מנהל המעבדה.

· עבודה בשיתוף פעולה עם בעלי מקצועות נוספים (אחיות, רופאים, מנהלי מעבדות) בבית החולים והשתלבות בפרויקטים ייעודיים.

שעות עבודה:

המשרה מלאה בימים א'-ה' ומתבצעת במשמרות: 07:00-15:00 \ 15:00-23:00 ימי שישי ושבת משמרות בוקר לסירוגין

דרישות התפקיד:

· תעודת הכרה במעמד עובד/ת מעבדה רפואי בכיר מטעם משרד הבריאות – חובה.

· ניסיון ובכירות בתחום רב-תחומי ו/או בנקאות דם – יתרון משמעותי.

· ידע וניסיון בתחום הבטחת איכות – יתרון.

· תעודת הכרה במעמד עובד/ת מעבדה רפואי מטעם משרד הבריאות – חובה.

· תואר שני בתחום המדעים – חובה .

· ידע וניסיון בתחום הבטחת איכות – יתרון.

· כושר ביטוי מצוין בכתב ובעל פה.

· יוזמה אישית ויכולת עבודה עצמאית.

· שיטתיות, דייקנות ויכולת לתפקד תחת לחץ.

· מוסר עבודה גבוה, אמינות ויושרה.

· יכולת עבודה בצוות ויכולת למידה.
