Job Description

A leading cybersecurity company in Or Akiva is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist for a diverse and dynamic role. The position includes responsibility for maintaining, upgrading, and managing the company's IT systems, while providing technical support to users across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1–2 technical support to end users (hardware, software, and networking issues)
  • Install, configure, and upgrade workstations, operating systems, and applications
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization)
  • Monitor and support network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls) to ensure high availability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site support
  • Collaborate with external vendors, service providers, and contractors
  • Assist with internal IT projects including migrations, upgrades, backups, and security implementations
  • Support information security policies and ensure compliance with organizational procedures
Requirements:
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT support/help desk role – must
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, VMware – must
  • Proven experience with networking, communication protocols, and network devices – must
  • Hands-on experience with remote technical support – must
  • Familiarity with backup solutions, antivirus, firewalls, and asset management systems
  • High service orientation, problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – advantage
Advantages:
  • Relevant certifications (MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA, or equivalent)
  • Experience in production environments or geographically distributed organizations
  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Bash)
