Job Description
A leading cybersecurity company in Or Akiva is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist for a diverse and dynamic role. The position includes responsibility for maintaining, upgrading, and managing the company's IT systems, while providing technical support to users across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide Tier 1–2 technical support to end users (hardware, software, and networking issues)
- Install, configure, and upgrade workstations, operating systems, and applications
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization)
- Monitor and support network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls) to ensure high availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site support
- Collaborate with external vendors, service providers, and contractors
- Assist with internal IT projects including migrations, upgrades, backups, and security implementations
- Support information security policies and ensure compliance with organizational procedures
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT support/help desk role – must
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, VMware – must
- Proven experience with networking, communication protocols, and network devices – must
- Hands-on experience with remote technical support – must
- Familiarity with backup solutions, antivirus, firewalls, and asset management systems
- High service orientation, problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – advantage
- Relevant certifications (MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA, or equivalent)
- Experience in production environments or geographically distributed organizations
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Bash)
