Role Description

This is a contract role for an
Audio Visual Technician
, located on-site in Israel. The Audio Visual Technician will be responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV systems to support meetings, events, and daily operations. Daily tasks include installing and configuring audio and video equipment, conducting system checks, ensuring high-quality sound and visuals, and providing on-site technical support. The Technician will also perform site surveys, preventive maintenance, and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless AV experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Audio Visual setup, operation, and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of AV equipment (projectors, microphones, mixers, video conferencing systems, displays, etc.)
• Ability to manage live events, presentations, and hybrid/virtual meeting technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work on-site and handle physically demanding equipment setup
• Experience with platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, or similar conferencing tools
• Familiarity with Crestron, Extron, Polycom, or similar AV control systems is a plus
• Relevant certifications (CTS, AVIXA, Crestron, etc.) or a degree in a related field are advantageous
