Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a structural engineer, located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with the opportunity to work from home on a flexible basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and planning construction projects, overseeing structural integrity, and ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards. Additionally, they will collaborate with other team members, clients, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery while addressing technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in structural design, load calculations, and building standards compliance.
• Proficiency in BIM software and digital construction tools, along with the ability to integrate these technologies into planning and execution processes.
• Experience in complex, multi-system projects, such as residential, infrastructure, medical or public buildings.
• Strong project management capabilities including collaboration, problem-solving, and time management.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Relevant engineering degree and certifications; advanced knowledge of construction codes and regulations in Israel.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sustainable construction practices and innovative engineering methodologies is a plus.
