, a boutique tourism company specializing in tailor-made trips to Alaska and Canada, is expanding. We're looking for someone with excellent knowledge of Alaska and/or Canada to lead our clients' journey from initial planning through the completion of their trip. If you love planning trips and you know Alaska and/or Canada well, we want to hear from you.

Your role will include:

• Responding to initial client inquiries.
• Conducting online meetings with clients.
• Designing and pricing customized travel itineraries.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with clients throughout the planning process.
• Handling bookings with international suppliers (hotels, vehicles, activities, etc.).
• Preparing comprehensive travel documents.
• Providing client support throughout their trips.
• Collecting client feedback post-trip and working to improve processes.

Please note
: This is an office-based position, not a guiding job. However, there may be future opportunities for guiding for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Significant firsthand knowledge of Alaska and / or Western Canada
  is an absolute must
  .
• Excellent English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
• Strong preference for candidates seeking a full-time, long-term role.
• Extra preference for candidates with good knowledge of New Zealand.
