PPC Campaign Manager

About the role

Sorbet Agency is hiring a full-time PPC Campaign Manager to plan, build, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta. You will drive both lead generation and e-commerce growth for global clients, manage budgets, analyze results, and improve ROI through testing and automation.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end PPC on Google Ads and Meta - strategy, structure, execution, optimization
  • Perform keyword research, write and test ad copy and creatives, manage audiences
  • Set up tracking and measurement - GA4, UTM hygiene, Google Tag Manager, conversion events
  • Build reports and translate data into clear next steps
  • Run A/B tests and iterate on landing pages with clear briefs for CRO
  • Collaborate with account managers, designers, and content to hit growth targets
  • Automate lead flows and campaign processes using Zapier and Make
  • Maintain and improve lead quality from ad click to CRM, including basic CRM hygiene and integrations

Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on PPC experience at an advertising company or marketing agency
  • Proven results in lead generation and e-commerce performance with measurable ROI
  • Strong English - our clients are global
  • Marketing and web analytics expertise, including GA4 and data-driven decision making
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking setup, and attribution
  • Ability to analyze data, spot insights, and optimize campaigns independently
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
  • Experience working with CRM systems and aligning campaigns with pipeline goals
  • Practical experience with Zapier and Make and process automation

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Figma and Canva
  • Familiarity with website platforms like Wix, Webflow, and WordPress
  • Hands-on experience with Taboola, Outbrain, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
