We are growing rapidly, launching at new markets (US) and looking for
an experienced digital advertising (target) specialist
to join our team and
manage B2C app growth
across US and Israeli markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to
    drive app installs, user engagement, and retention.
  • Create, manage and optimize
    performance marketing
    across
    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    , and other popular/trending channels, from budget allocation and creative to complience
  • Implement
    App Store Optimization (ASO)
    strategies for increased visibility and conversion on Play Store and App Store.
  • Analyze campaign performance data: monitor and report on
    key app metrics
    (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention rates, LTV).
  • Collaborate with the creative, design and dev teams to ensure cohesive messaging and UX across platforms as well as C-lvl business stakeholders

Qualifications & Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years
    of experience in mobile app marketing (preferably in B2C segment).
  • Proven track record
    of successful app user acquisition and engagement campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience
    with Facebook Ads Manager, Google UAC, and other analytics tools
  • Strong knowledge of
    ASO best practices
    .
  • Experience with A/B testing and
    conversion rate optimization
  • Strong understanding of
    PPC, CPA, and other digital advertising metrics
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and user behavior.
  • Fluency in
    English (B1-B2 level) and Russian/Hebrew
    is a huge plus
  • Would be a plus
    : Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint
