המשרה כוללת כוננויות.

תיאור התפקיד:

קונפיגורציה ותחזוקה של מערכות מיתוג (Switches) ותשתיות רשת.

בתפעול, פתרון בעיות ואופטימיזציה של תשתיות טלקום, כולל מערכות Ericsson, SS7/SIGTRAN, SIP, IMS ועוד.

עבודה עם ציוד תקשורת ורשת כולל נתבים, מתגים, נקודות גישה (Access Points).

בדיקות ואימות ביצועים (testing & validation) של מערכי מיתוג ורשת.

איתור ותחקור תקלות רשת, דיאגנוסטיקה, ניתוח אירועים ומניעה בהתקנת פתרונות אצל לקוחות או במחלקות פנימיות.

עבודה עם צוותי רשת, תשתיות, הפעלה והנדסה, תוך עמידה בסטנדרטים טכנולוגיים ובקרת איכות מידע.

דרישות התפקיד:

תואר ראשון בהנדסת חשמל / תקשוב / מחשבים.

היכרות עם מערכות מיתוג (Switching) ונתבים (Routing) - חובה.

ניסיון בקונפיגורציה ותחזוקה של מערכות מיתוג ותשתיות רשת

שליטה בשפה האנגלית ברמה גבוהה, חשיבה אנליטית ויכולת פתרון בעיות.

כולת עבודה בצוות, תקשורת בין-אישית ברמה גבוהה.

יכולת למידה מהירה ורצון להשקיע ולהתפתח בתפקידים מקצועיים.

יתרון לבוגרי/ות חיל התקשורת בתפקידים מקצועיים או שירות צבאי רלוונטי.
