We are looking for a Clinical Analyst to join our team. This position is ideal for clinically trained professionals who are technically oriented and passionate about leveraging clinical data and AI tools to drive better insights for clinical trial design and execution.
Role Overview
As a Clinical Analyst, you will be a key member of QuantHealth's customer delivery team, working within our internal platforms. You will analyze clinical trials, define inclusion/exclusion criteria, and prepare customer datasets to ensure accurate and clinically meaningful modeling to support pharma customer projects.
You will collaborate closely with data scientists and clinical project leads to bridge clinical understanding with data-driven processes, ensuring every simulation reflects real-world medical logic and supports impactful pharma decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze clinical trial protocols, endpoints, and eligibility criteria to align QuantHealth simulations with real-world study designs. Prepare and validate real-world clinical datasets (EHR, claims, registry, or trial data) and drug mechanistic information using the QuantHealth platform for downstream modeling. Define and structure eligibility logic and patient cohort definitions for simulation runs. Involvement in interpretation of simulation outputs and collaborating with data scientists to translate model results into meaningful clinical insights. Ensure data consistency, traceability, and clinical validity across project deliverables. Contribute to internal process improvements and clinical data curation best practices. Collaborate across teams - AI researchers, clinical scientists, and software engineers to ensure smooth model integration, reproducibility, and performance tracking.Requirements
MSc, PhD, PharmD, RN or equivalent background in a clinical, biomedical, pharmacy, epidemiology or life sciences field. Previous experience working on data-driven clinical projects and working with analytical tools. Familiarity with clinical trial design, endpoints, inclusion/exclusion criteria, clinical vocabularies, and interpretation of results. Familiarity with statistical concepts and clinical outcomes analysis. Ability to interpret clinical concepts and translate them into structured data. Comfortable working in technical environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.Nice-to-Have Qualities
Experience with real-world clinical data (EHR, claims, or registry datasets). Basic knowledge of data querying or scripting (SQL, Python, or R). Prior experience in pharma, biotech, CRO, or academic clinical research settings.-
