Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Chairman at Afcon Holdings, located in Petah Tikva. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the Chairman's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling communications, preparing documents, and providing administrative support. The role also involves liaising with various departments and external stakeholders, assisting in project management, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in administrative support, preferably in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
