We are looking for an experienced Data Integrity Support Engineer who will act as the first point of contact for any question raised by Shield customers, as well as focus on monitoring data integrity and completeness across customer environments. This is an opportunity to develop new and improved methodologies for data validation, monitoring dashboards, and automated reporting tools. You'll be part of a technical team solving complex issues, working with cutting-edge technology, and keeping our customers satisfied and informed.
This position is based in Lisbon and we operate on a hybrid model (2 days at the office/3 days remote).

What you'll do:
- Be the first point of contact for technical questions from our customers and ensure they have the best experience possible.
- Monitor data integrity and completeness using internal dashboards and tools.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to data pipelines and ingestion flows.
- Improve and develop monitoring tools (such as Grafana) to detect anomalies before customers even notice them.
- Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and Operations teams to tackle challenges and continuously improve our platform.
- Document solutions clearly and contribute to our global knowledge base.
Experience and skills:
- 4+ years of experience in Technical Support, Data Integrity, or Data Engineering Support roles.
- Solid knowledge of Linux/Windows systems and hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Kubernetes, AWS, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, MySQL).
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
- Strong understanding of data flows (ETL, ingestion, enrichment, validation).
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Great communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset in an international environment.
