Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist to manage the company's financial operations under the CFO.

The successful candidate will oversee banks, suppliers, and employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting processes.

The role involves hands-on, end-to-end bookkeeping up to the Trial Balance stage.

Location: Our Office is located in Kiryat Ono.

This is a hybrid position, including two to three work-from-home days per week, with flexibility based on team and individual needs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Certified Bookkeeper Level 2/3 and Payroll Accountant certification – mandatory.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle bookkeeping up to Trial Balance.
• Proven experience working with banks and a large number of suppliers.
• Experience in payroll preparation – mandatory.
• Proficiency in Priority ERP – mandatory.
• Advanced Excel skills.
•  High level of English (written and spoken)-mandatory.
• Experience in a tech or global company – an advantage
• Experience with Michpal – an advantage

• Full-Cycle Bookkeeping (up to Trial Balance): Manage the entire bookkeeping process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Suppliers and Banks: Handle all aspects of supplier management, including invoice recording, payments, and reconciliations. Manage bank accounts and transactions, perform bank reconciliations, and monitor account balances. Operate and manage financial processes across multiple platforms, including PayPal, PayEm, and Tipalti.
• Payments: Prepare and execute payments to suppliers and service providers, including local and international transfers.
• Payroll: Prepare monthly global payroll for approximately 80 employees, all on a fixed (global) salary basis, including related reporting to the authorities and coordination with HR.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and submit monthly VAT (Ma'am), Income Tax (Mas Hachnasa), and National Insurance (Bituach Leumi) reports.
• Monthly & Year-End Closing: Perform month-end reconciliations and support external accountants in preparing annual financial statements (up to Trial Balance).
