Job Description
As a Data Analyst Team Lead in the eCommerce Platform team, you'll guide a team of analysts who influence product and business strategy through actionable data. You'll help define how success is measured, align data efforts with strategic goals, and drive insights that shape the platform used by millions of businesses globally.

  • Lead, mentor and grow a team of business analysts focused on eCommerce
  • Act as a strategic analytics partner to group management, product, R&D, design and business departments
  • Define and track KPIs and performance targets that align with group and company goals
  • Guide the creation of dashboards and analytical tools to drive product and business decisions
  • Own and manage core data assets used across Wix to ensure consistency and quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, engineers and key stakeholders across the company
  • Promote a data-informed culture through communication, enablement and storytelling

This is an on-site position with the option to work from home one day per week.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in business analytics, including 2+ years in a leadership role, ideally in a product analysis team
  • Proven track record of leading complex data projects and delivering business impact
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance hands-on analytical work with team leadership
  • A product and business mindset – you think beyond metrics and understand how data informs strategy
  • Experience in the eCommerce domain with knowledge of key platform metrics and industry trends – an advantage
